The Armenian Association of Ultrasound Diagnostics in Obstetrics and Gynecology ("UOG", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. All payments are processed securely through Inecobank CJSC. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your payment card details are handled directly by Inecobank CJSC’s secure payment gateway and are never stored on our servers. Inecobank CJSC complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 40 days before the event start date. Refund requests submitted within this period will be processed in full. After this period has passed, all payments become non-refundable.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Registration data is typically retained for up to 3 years after the event.
