1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Masterclass in Fetal Echocardiography (June 27–28, 2026) organized by the Armenian Association of Ultrasound Diagnostics in Obstetrics and Gynecology (UOG), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or participation in the event.

2. Event Registration

Registration for the Masterclass in Fetal Echocardiography with Professor Marcin Wiecheć is required for all participants. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants and to close registration once capacity has been reached. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in cancellation of your participation.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for the event are processed through Inecobank CJSC. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment must be completed in full at the time of registration to secure your place.

Refunds are available up to 40 days before the event start date. Refund requests submitted within this period will be processed in full. After this period has passed, all payments become non-refundable.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept these refund terms.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, schedule, venue, or speakers at any time without prior notice. In the event of minor changes (such as schedule adjustments or speaker substitutions), no refunds will be provided.

In the unlikely event that the entire event is cancelled by the organizers due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances), the organizers will, at their sole discretion, either offer participants credit toward a future event or provide a partial or full refund.

5. Participant Cancellation Policy

Participants who wish to cancel their registration up to 40 days before the event start date are entitled to a full refund. After this period, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers to other events will be offered for participant-initiated cancellations.

Registration may be transferred to another qualified individual at no additional cost, subject to approval by the organizers. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@uog.am at least 7 days before the event.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate by the organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Treat all speakers, organizers, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from disruptive behavior during presentations and live scanning sessions
• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• Do not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination

7. Intellectual Property

All presentations, materials, handouts, and content shared during the Masterclass in Fetal Echocardiography are the intellectual property of the respective speakers and/or the organizers.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use any event materials without the prior written consent of the copyright holders. Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

8. Photography & Recording

The organizers may photograph or record parts of the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such media by the organizers.

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording presentations, live scanning sessions, or any other event content without the explicit written permission of the organizers and the speaker(s) involved.

9. Liability Limitations

The organizers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or loss of data.

The event content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Participants are responsible for their own clinical decisions and should exercise independent professional judgment.

10. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. The event will be held at Matenadaran Conference Hall, Yerevan, Armenia, and participants must comply with all venue safety regulations.

Participants with any medical conditions that may require special attention are advised to inform the organizers in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

12. Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website. Continued registration or participation after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
